Made some ABT's yesterday for a friends party...Also made some homemade ice cream..

Making ribs today, also some ice cream again - what a hit.

    Nice lookin' ABT's! 8 - ),, Looks like you cooked 'em whole.. what did you use for stuffing? One of my fav's is cream cheese with onions & chives~~

    I used Cream Cheese, Pork Butt and a bit of a sprinkle of Dizzy Dust...

    The key to me though is the applewood bacon!!!

    So what is the recipe for these ABTs? Do you use plate setter or just set them on grill?
  • De-vein the jalepenos, mix cream cheese and leftover pork butt, light sprinkle of spices.. Wrap in bacon.. I do indirect at about 350 til the bacon is crispy. Usually about 45min- 1 hr.... Thats the way I've done them.
