Turchicken - Was mightyfine but the last I will put together. Put it on at 500 dome and adjusted vents to approximate 350. Took five and half hours. It was all good and the turkey was moist but not as moist as usual. The sausage and boudin stuffing were mightyfine.

    Just thinking, cook the turkey, the chicken, the sausage separate, and serve it on one big plate! :laugh: :cheer:
