We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! smoking a 13 pound packer brisket and been wrassling with the egg temp. about half hour in the cook remembered the lawn sprinklers hit the lump bag two days ago.......nothing like a 20 minute shower to moisten the lump, duh! guess one benefit of 100+ temp days is it help dry out the lump. plus, since I've started wrassling, I poured a couple Makers & water to help alleviate the frustration............gonna be a good 4th........
