Roasting corn on the cob

Tonight I trimed up the ears a bit leaving most of the husk to jacket the cob. Then I simply throw it on and toast'em both sides. Dome temp around 400 degrees. I love the aroma of toasted corn.

Yea baby, sweet corn from the egg for tonights side dish. I roll the corn in a stick of butter then dust with seasoning...yummmmo
