Did a whole chicken for the other half and lunches during the week.

400 indirect with Todds rub me raw. Skin was really crispy while white and dark meat were moist

And a couple country ribs for me. Too lazy to change anything so 400 indirect also with Todds rub and a sprinkle of swamp venom

Richard I have all the elm you want  Those 2 out front are brittle and always dropping branches, I wish it was good for smoking. I do save some of the oak out back just let me know if you want any

A fireplace in Florida, that was 2 houses back. Save it for your firepit on cold days. Done any bellies lately?
