Since I'm stuck at home by myself :( ,while my family is in Florida for the week,I figured that I might as well eat good :P I decided to cook up some ABT's(since I'm the only one in the family that likes them) :P First I cleaned and prepped the jalapenos...

I then stuffed them with cream cheese and little smokies before wrapping with bacon......

I dusted them with PBM's butt rub :woohoo:

then threw them on the XL at about 375*,indirect for 45 mins or so

Wow, do those look good. I've never eaten one but I am sure I will in the very near future. Hmmmm...if I only had an excuse to cook some up. Oh yeah, July 4th next weekend oughta do! If I pre-cooked some of those up and took them to a party do they reheat okay? If so, what is best method to reheat?

    Those look great.

I always bust out my "finest China" when the wife is away. No use making extra work for ourselves. ;)
