First pork butt..#6.. I know kind of small but there is just the two of us and I want to try different rubs..http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=880606&catid=1

Cooked for almost exactly 12 hours,pulled it off at 195. Dome temp got up to about 260.

    Thanks. Egg is only 6 days old and the freezer is getting full of leftovers.. Pulle it off at 900 this morning so guess what's for lunch. Wife said no,not for breakfast..

    I use Dizzie Pig and Texas rub on my ribs..so that is what I tried. I am getting low on DP so I tried the Texas Rub, they call it their grand champion. It was my favorite till I tried DP. I am placing an order for more DP today.

    Nothing wrong with pulled pork and egg taco for breakfast ;) . Fine looking cook.

    Butt is still "resting" so that might be on the menu for breakfast tomorrow..kind of like machacca but pork..sound great.

    We had pulled pork omeltes on fathers day since we had left overs. Tell the wife time to egg up.
