12 Hour Butt - Brainstorm

Since my butt is ready very early - my butt is usually late for everything!, wonder if I can pull, let it cool, put in foodsaver bags, then the fridge, then re-heat in boiling water this evening? Think it would work without freezing? Thanks[p]Dave
