used the platesetter on the small with the ci dutch oven for one roast

thank goodness for tom's spider, stone and rig... had to use a taller pot for other chuck roast.. fit perfect

    my wife says she got it at a local hardwear store. it is great for boiling peanuts in the fall..

    Man, that really looks good. I've been looking for a lo & slo indirect cook for chuck.......not in the pot....altho seeing your cook is making me reconsider. Can't wait to see the pics.
