My wife and I are considering getting either a mini or a small to complement the large... we both prefer the mini because of size & portability, but I am a wee bit concerned about indirect cooking options (e.g. no "plate setter" available for the mini) ... has anyone had any success with indirect cooking on a mini?
I've just now found out about the Woo ... that looks promising; any experience with it?
Also, I'm interested in doing cold smoking by burning the wood chips in the mini, and venting the smoke into the large using something like a dryer vent hose. Anyone do something like this with either a small or mini?
