Just put a 15# brisket on for my daughter's 11th birthday tomorrow. I am also making a Baked Alaska dessert for her. I took her to the practice round at the Masters today. Beautiful day. Unfortunately we are expecting rain tonight and tomorrow in Augusta. Hence the umbrella set up over Mr. Egg tonight. You have to love it when given the choice between eating out and eating off the egg that the egg is winning
