when you trim st. louis ribs you end up with ribletts...how to cook them???? temp, time etc......thanks,

i sometimes just leave them on the ribs and cook them with the ribs, nothing different. they are ribtips, riblets are different. i like to eat the ribtips coldfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

I have a recipe to slow cook them in a wok. Will try to find & post..

I agree leave them on and then cut them off after cooked. A knife is all that is needed and the ribtips can be sliced through easily after they are cooked.
