More dry aging day one.

Bought a 20lb hunk of meat. Myers Prime.

Picture of it home for the next 3 weeks
Took home a few prime ribeyes. Wet ages since 2/07/11

    The cut with the porterhouse was taken out of the plastic to start the dryage. The Ribeye was wet aged since feb and cut up today.
