Just a bone in Pork loin rubbed with redeye and raging river

300 raised direct on the small

A couple of flips and 1 1/2 hours later pulled at 138
just couldn't wait for those last 2° :laugh:

    Oh boy, Pat, that really hits the spot. I could just eat my way through that and forget all about veggies. A baked potato would be good with that, though.
