Not much posting or cooking lately. Picked up some market cut ribs yesterday and picked this recipe from Ray's book. No rack so just leaned against each other. Fun just kicking back and cooking.

    We've had plenty of sunshine in SA this year. Can't buy a thunderstorm. However, we're thankful not to have been innundated with twisters and floods, either. Or thoughts and prayers are with those folks.
