We had dinner with friends near Tampa Saturday. It was the first time we had the opportunity to eat off his new ceramic grill and he buried the strips in butter and T-Rex'd them. I thought to myself he should be using clarified butter but they came out just awsome! He just T-Rex'd fillets for the wives and they were very happy.
