Followed Carwash Mike's baby back rib recipe yesterday and guests were fist fighting over the last few (not really). Everyone thought they turned out great and complemented them many times. A great end to a long weekend :)


  • I did the same thing. After 4 1/2 hours they were ready for the sauce, great cooking method. My first two, non- car wash Mike cooks, left room for improvement but this one is a winner.
