Aunt & Uncle are down from So Philly so I told them I would deliver dinner today.
The setup

3 slabs of baby backs with dizzy dust & swamp venom going on

Sauced with Carnivore sweet

25 wings with Todd's rub me raw, great rub

15 sausage and cream cheese ABT's also with rub me raw

The happy group along with one of my brothers

Ribs came out great with pull off the bone texture
Wings were done at 400° indirect
beans and potatoes & onions not pictured were cooked in the kitchen clock thing.

Had the Egg family cooking for your family, eh? It all looks like it turned out great, especially the ribs.

Pat, that is one nice Memorial Day spread, the ribs look killer!

Hope your family appreciates you as much as we do. :)

Always fun to cook for others. The one neighbor that had the nurses is in a nursing home now so I don't get to feed the hood like I use to.

Very nice cook for your fam.

    About the ABT's . . .
    In your post you state:
"15 sausage and cream cheese ABT's"

Only see 12 on the grid!

Did you "sample" 3 of them before they made it to the table?
  • FlaPoolmanFlaPoolman Posts: 11,675
  No that was a typo I only cooked 12. I would never hide food from others  but if you count the wings there were 25 ;) each rack holds 12 and there is one on top

Oh no really???? Where do you put it? Well I think I have a vague idea
  • That is very nice, Pat. And the food looks excellent. You are a very good son/nephew/brother!
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 6 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Thanks Faith but it's nothing like the spreads you put out for your friends. Funny how we look for a reason to cook beside just dinners.
