Pizza cook

My neighbor & I cooked up some homemade pizzas last night. About 6 total, but my favorite was this one:[p]No sauce, brushed pie w/ olive oil in which I had lightly sauteed some minced garlic (add some of the garlic to the base as well). Add a sprinkling of diced ham, some freshly grated gruyere cheese. Cook in egg. After removing from egg, a light sprinkling of kosher salt and a drizzle of white truffle oil. Very tasty![p]
