Photos of Green Eggs and Ham...burgers, the Eggfest held at the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center in Athens, Texas, on May 21, are being posted on TFFC's Facebook page. Just login to Facebook and search for Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center.
A video of the event is in preparation and will be posted soon.
Thanks to Morrison Supply, Paragon Distributing and Brookshire Brothers for making this a great event.
We will soon begin planning for our next Eggfest at TFFC.

  • Thanks! Looking forward to the video as I don't do Facebook ;)
You were everywhere at the Fest

    Thank you Larry,
It was great to meet you in Athens.
What a great event and all involved were just the best.
I know the iffy weather hurt the numbers but it was a great event and next year it will be the number one Eggfest in Texas.
    Thank you,

You always make the Eggfest a party not to miss Kari.
So glad you and Jon made the drive. You sure snuck out Saturday night. Not even a hug for us.
    Thank you,

    Galveston Texas
  • You and Lora were in the parking lot with The Chickens! Thought you snuck out on us!
Ten hours home, but was worth it!

Lora wanted a photo with Judy and Leroy holding the "chicken" gifts. We were not sneaking out.
10 hours is a long drive and not one of the most scenic on 10. So glad we got to hang out again and take care,
    Thank you,

    Galveston Texas

Those are some great shots Larry. The one thing that seems to stand out is the number of smiles. There were a lot. You captured those perfectly.

Looking forward to the end product.

That was wild, Larry. You did a superb job. I can't believe I got in the last word! :woohoo:

That was the perfect last word. I couldn't have written it better.

You don't do Facebook and I don't know how to post videos to this forum. Photos have to be hosted somewhere and I'm sure videos do, too, so I will try to get the video on the TPWD YouTube channel for you. In the meantime, well, Facebook doesn't hurt TOO bad.

The video will be posted on Texas Parks and Wildlife's YouTube channel, I hope by tomorrow. Once it's up I will post the link.

I cant believe they put the part on the video of me saying I want to get rid of my stove in the kitchen and put an egg in there.

Good idea. You could always put it on the front porch next to your washing machine. ;)

Steve, I was going to put mine on the front porch but I would have had to move the refrigerator, dog house and engine block I am working on. LOL.
