National Restaurant Assoc. event was a BLAST!

I just got home from a whirl-wind trip to attend their mind-bogging annual showcase - this year in Chicago at the impressive and massive McCormick Place. Not only is it national but also international. I could not hit even 1/6th of the booths and displays with everything imaginable in food and drink being offered. I say offered meaning every booth was trying to out dazzle the next! If you ever get the opportunity to attend one of their annual events I recommend you JUMP at the chance! It was a HOOT!!!
Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
