    Thanks for calling him up and letting him help. He has been so eggcited about going to the eggfest and picking up his first egg. I'd like to think some of my pics and bragging about how great the egg was helped convince him to get one. ;)

    tbk420 is another guy that from that forum that has also recently gotten an egg and is posting here as well. They are slowly coming over and seeing what a great grill/smoker/oven the egg is.

    Oh man a duck prosciutto class, wow that would be fun...I got a lot of tips from Wess B & AZRP plus Bobby Cresap so it was a group effort...and cooking Mike's wings was fun...
