I put a ten pounder on yesterday afternoon with some hickory chips, it's been chugging away overnight, surviving the Rapture, and internal is now up to 179, I guess it has a while to go. Sure smells good.

I'm doing some spare ribs and baby backs later (I guess I'm pork crazy today), and the spares are quite a bit bigger - should I put them on about an hour before the baby backs?
