    I have always favored "shine" from DRY counties! If it's all they can get, they tend to take good care to make it GOOD!! ;)

    simple rule when traveling Texas: if gettting close to town (just outside the city limits), ya see a couple liquor stores huddled up, then sure bet the town is dry for liquor.......
