Burger Trinity

Equal parts lean chuck, trimmed beef short ribs & flat steak. Best burgers I've had in a while and, as usual, everything's better on the Egg. Tomorrow, it's slow roasted chickens with my bride's incomparable stuffing and gravy. Not sure what my Egg weighs, but it's causin' me to lose my bikini figure!!

Fine lookin burgers.Just wondering.....I see you're from lou,eze,anna,is your wife's stuffing really stuffing or is it dressing?I thought only yankees ate stuffing. :laugh:

First of all, congrats Hoss!! Happy for your accomplishment!!

It's actually dressing, Hoss. Tomorrow, she'll do a seasoned bread dressing. Most other times, she does oyster dressing or corn bread dressing......and I eat it til I can't move.

So happy for you, podner! Congrats to you again!!

gotta say i haven't had oyster dressing since i lived in Red Stick La... good stuff.... is there a recipe for it on the egg?

Figured you knew your way around southern vittles well enough to make the distinction. As for the mistaken identity, I'm gonna congratulate you any way, Hoss.
