I unpacked my Egg, and it has a steel cooking grid instead of a porceline?

Dealer told me that the new ones are using SS.

But my baby is home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I got one for my birthday in March and it also came with a Stainless Steel grid. Doesn't matter to me.

That's right you got a new one. It should also have a good Tel-Tru thermometer.

    Much!! ;)
  • Those new tel tru are very nice. I like the length of the stem vs the 5" tel tru.
