I cranked up the small and cooked a couple of pork chops. I used a chipotle rub and sauce that was really good!
I added some fresh corn, a sweet potato and some mixed onions and Brussels Sprouts.
PDG For a quick cook in the middle of the week!

They sent some rub samples and I used their Chipotle Rub too. I am anxious to try the sauce on some ribs.
