Feeling a little like Wimpy(Popeye's buddy) today....thoughts of burgers on my mind. Egged burgers are hard to beat.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Don't know that I've ever really checked...probably 350 - 400 or so at regular grid level on the Large.....raised grid on the Small and Mini. Get good cook on first side then flip once. Repeat...and then often I will shut it down a let them dwell a while.

You are killin' me man!!! Those look great. I like the one with the fried egg on top. It seems the only constant is you always enjoy baked beans with your burgers ;).

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Hey, Molly! Yep, and just for you, the next to last pic...those were done high in the New Mexico Mountains by a beautiful trout stream. :) Shouldn't have posted those so far away from vacation time. :(

I hear ya man. Saw this thread and just had to have two burgers with imported provolone, sautéed onions and my favorite mayo/dijon/chopped chives spread. Delicious!!
