If you're in the Fair Lakes area, Dizzy Pig (Chris, aka Nature Boy I assume) is doing a cooking demo at the Whole Foods from noon - 3:00. He just posted on the Facebook page. This is where I buy my DP and it's not too far from my office...hope to see an egghead or two over there later.

Bummer, I work in DC and won't be able to get to Fair Lakes area before he's done. Oh well, will definately sample his food at Waldorf on Saturday. Jer
