Ok it's playoff time for hockey! I am a big red wings fan and we are on the brink tonight and I was thinking I should cook some shark meat for good luck... Where would one get this meat north of Atlanta? Also who else cooks exotic meats? Gator meat, snake etc. Where do you get this meat from?

With a fishing rod. Only use the tail section below the guts and marinate it in salt water in the fridge for at least a full day changing the water often. Then it is good smoked.

Why only the tail section below the guts? Curious. Thanks.

How far are you from Delkalb or a Super H? You'll find anything you could possibly want at those places. Not much I won't eat, but don't know if I would call things exotic. Gator of course is a norm in So FLA.

I grilled some shark steaks a while back and skipped the buttermilk soak. Topped with a mango salsa and all of us enjoyed it. Not my favorite choice of fish tho. Maybe you could get tuna and just pretend.

I'm cheering on the Charlotte checkers (AHL) and since our mascot is Chubby the Checker I can get away with eating lots of anything!
