stuck a loaf of frozen bread in the frig this am before work to thaw and then just used up odds and ends to stuff it with.
I have to say my best tool for the egg is my wok. did the garlic, beef, onions and scallions in that and then added Carnivore sweet sauce to bind together.
topped with some provolone, mozzarella, couple of slices of pepperoni and sprinkled the whole thing with the new Carnivore rub
with a nice tossed salad perfect dinner!

any left over vegis and cheese and even if there is only a little meat left over it fills one of these up fine. pulled pork is great in them too.

I have finally mastered puff pastry on the egg. yea! I am not a baker, but learning. Going to try a mocked wellington using pork tenderloin instead of beef. When I get that mastered I will post pictures. Thanks to everyone on this forum for so many ideas.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

That looks AWESOME !!

I like it and it's thrifty. You are using up some of the left overs and saving some money.
Tonight we ate left over egged food from three different egged cooks and one other meal. For example my left over crispy skin on my egged thighs were reheated in our toaster oven and they turned out just like they came off the egg crispy skin and all. :P -
I just burnt my finger trying to get those few strands of cheese that dripped to the plate setter. OUTSTANDING!!!
-
all that meal is missing is.............me!
very nice, twww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc. -

OH YEAH!

Susan, I had to laugh when I took it off and saw the cheese on the plate setter, cause at the last Pat fest Kim let me use his plate setter for something and I did not foil it  felt very guilty :( i wondered why his was so pretty and clean I still do not foil but EVERY TIME I think of it :( like being on a date when I was a teenager and my mother told me not to do ANYTHING I could not call my grandmother up and tell her about after I got home. that worked so good on me I used it on my son
guess the only way to loose the guilty feeling when I use mine now is to foil it :S -
time and temp.. it was about 375'ish and till golden brown, so maybe 30-40 min? and I had to rotate it a couple of time to get brown all the way around it.
