I was not very excited about any of them on the recipe page. I do have a good supply of chile powder from Santa Fe, NM. Any thoughts?

    MemphisEgg,[p]Rub and smoke until and internal of 138º. Wrap in plastic and cool immediately. If you have any snow, a snow bank works awesome!!! ;-) After cooling, cut into steaks and sprinkle with more rub. Cook for a couple of minutes a side on a hot grill.
