adjustable rig/wings

got the adjustable rig from tom couple of weeks ago. great addition to the cooking toys.... broke it in with some wings with jamaican firewall from dizzy pig
looking forward to use this rig to its full potential.

Looks great. Next time just cook your wings on the top level of the AR.
You can rotate(spin) the standard grid 180 degrees on the AR for even cooking high in the dome.

I use my ARs (I have one for each egg) for just about every cook. It is an exception when I don't.
