Been cleaning out the freezer the past few weeks so I've been eating a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast. I came across country style ribs. There are about 5 different cuts that are called country style ribs, this cut is a rib end roast with the bone split and butterflied. Had some potatos and grilled asparagus on the side.
