Breakfast Pizza

Since sunrise service got me up early, I decided to try a Breakfast Pizza. I really didn't know what I was doing, but didn't think it would be too complicated.

Started with a cheese sauce and some spice (sorry about the blurred picture):


Added a light layer of cheese:


Then scrambled eggs and Jimmy Dean spicy sausage:


Then more cheese:


Then onto the egg. The set up was plate setter, grid, then I used the small woo ring with pizza stone on top of that:


Almost done:


We had the annual Easter Egg Hunt while it cooked:




Finally done:



For the most part it was a pretty good success. I need to play with my spices a little to make it better.

Pork chops for dinner!
