Found this product on the Slice blog while researching pizza doughs for the egg. Sounded good so I ordered a couple of bottles. One word: awesome. Subtle heat balanced well against the sweetness of the honey. I've only had it on biscuits (and a little on some leftover pizza). But I can't wait to glaze some spatchcock cihken or wings with it. A must try.
