Picnic roast almost done..........question?

My picnic has been on for 14 1/2 hrs. now and 185 internal. We still have a few hours before company comes. Should I pull it now and wrap it and put it in a cooler and pull it later...or....should I wait and pull it at around 200 and pull it now and warm it when company gets here. Thanks, Brent
