Makin Bacon Day 3 and finished pork shoulders
Here is the final product of the pork shoulder after having cooked for 18 hours on the Big Green Egg!!!! Any left overs are going to be turned into pulled pork chilli.
This is a good sign
And now for the bacon making process day three.....more liqid drained and re-wrapped in plastic wrap.
