Beautiful. You only had to use one big piece of lump for 6 burgers. Did you eat 3 before they made it to the plate? Your plated pics are always so nice. You get extra points for presentation. I never manage to get a plated pic before I take a bite.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

And I was expecting to see 6 one half pound burgers stuffed into a mini like that famous pic of 37.5 racks of ribs crammed into one Large  :woohoo:

    Those sliders look mighty good!

    Mike,

PC sweet with heat mustard, an Italian hot pepper cream (really hot) and dill relish.

Make sure my darling Valeria sees these tomorrow. She is already a superior cook to her father. B)

    elzbth,

Saw the buns for the first time tonight. I have done them before on dinner rolls but these were soft burger buns with sesame seed. Darn good!

Sliders are the best!!! You could throw a few shrimp on there for a little Gulf Coast Surf N' Turf.

Looks good. I did some sliders this weekend as well, but we stuck the cheese in the middle.
