St Louis -n-abt's a great Sun

Had a long work week and decided to visit Resturant Depot Sunday morning and load up for the week.I collected four shoulders,17lb of Chuck and a 3 pack of St Louis's-also a 5lb bag of Jalapeno's.The meat will go foe some sausage and Cochanita Pibil.

Stuffed with Carne Asada,cream,pepper jack and cilantro.Seasoned with Pineapple head

Mamas spicy pinto's

The ribs rubeed with homemade Pecan rub,two sauced with bbq,one dry with rendevous.

ABT's done also did corn and all served with a nice Zin.

I love ribs... ABT's are darn tasty too. Great looking cook. I know everyone enjoyed that meal.
