Place the steak in a foodsaver or ziploc bag and submmerse it in hot (100-110 degree) water for an hour or so before grilling it.

It is a tastee drink.It tastes just like apple pie

1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice-I use hand pressed
3 cups sugar
6-9 cinnamon sticks.
add all together in a large pot,bring to a boil.Let cool completely stir in one quart of moonshine,chill serve.
You can use 151 rum or everclear (pga)if you do not have access to shine.

Boy I got truck drivers tan Saturday but, it actually was a burn and I wasn't driving a truck I was riding my motorcycle and my face and nose got burnt as well. :laugh:
