3 Ribeyes on The Mini, while the girls were at the baby shower just perfect,,, Dizzy Dust, S & P and on to sear

Seared at 600* 2 min/side then the mandatory 20 min rest

And yes..... pulled at 135* internal, served with sliced tomatoes, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, mozzarella, S & P, and basil

    Deane too hot even after a dip & probably a bit forgetful on my part, The device is called The Vinturi aerator, look it up , a marvelous invention which to my experience, improves greatly the taste of wine.

    TKS , Tim just the minimum 1 1/2" standard ribeyes, tender & really very nice. You will like the Insalata Caprese, the trick is to get nice big ripe tomatoes
