I've been trying to use your "mop" on my last few TriTips.

How do you infuse your oil with Garlic? (how many cloves to how much oil for how long?)

(PS - perchance were you at the Main Street Grill in Cambria last Saturday? There was somebody there that seemed familiar, but I couldn't come up with the name. My wife thought maybe it was you, but by that time, I couldn't locate. Met you at EBtB a couple of times, but it's been a while)
