I always check their magazine stand this time of year because they have these magazines and they sometimes have some good ideas. First thing I noticed when I stared to read it was that this issue was written for gas grillers because "gas grills are found in (or outside of) many more home because they are easier and faster to heat."
Then I got to the Adding Flavor With Smoke section: "Most folks don't understand that charcoal adds such a tiny bit of smoke flavor that it has to be enhanced as well, so don't let the "charcoal snob" bully you." :P
All that aside, maybe the recipes will be good right?
