Fun Cook just for the Halibut

Saw some nice looking fresh Halibut and decided to cook it along with some stir fried greens. I wok'd the greens on the eggwith some good chili's, garlic, shallots, and dried baby shrimp (SE Asia style).. Was spur of the moment as the family left me alone and could kick it up a bit.

Thanks Beli!! This was a really fun cook.. Usually the kids don't like the spicy stuff and I took advantage tonight to add it to the sauce I cooked in the greens...(bad picture) but it was good.

It was about .5lb filet maybe a little more.
