Cooking the second batch now, but am in need of a good way to re-heat the babys I cooked last night.....I remember something about a pan with water, in the bottom of the oven, etc. Procedure, times, temps....what say you Q-Fanatics?? By the way, doing 12 racks with Nature Boy's rub, the first half (last night's)using a Chipotle Rasberry Q-Sauce, and tonight I am making Kansas City Struttin' Sauce from Jameson's great book, Smoke & Spice.
Thanks for getting back to me, in advance..................

  • Big Murth,
sorry I'm just coming in, but if you have a food saver you can seal them and reheat by dropping sealed bags into boiling water. One way I do it (if I'm out of FS bags), is to wrap in foil, get my oven to 175*, put in the foiled ribs and heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Check once in a while - if they are looking dry then spritz with a mixture of cider vinegar & water or slather on your favorite sauce and heat until warm/hot (your preference). HTH. Joe
