smoked chicken + blade roast

trying out some of the new rubs. chicken is montreal chicken spice courtesy of my mom :)

I love roasted garlic... so I figured half dozen would do the trick ;)

slight smoked tomato and sweet peppers. an asian inspired slaw with mango.

left one roast on to be pulled for a later meal.

    @Shane: the mango was really good in 'slaw.
    the dressing was (fish sauce, honey, soy, lime, oil) I'll need to do a better job of tracking the measurements
