Oh, I don't like it when some members do not give the details and here I did it myself. D'oh!
Indirect (Plate setter legs up), about 350F. Cooked until about 170F (77C) internal.
Forgot to mention that I went to start the Egg and had no more starter cubes, and my MAPP torch will not work when tipped a little (I guess I need a new nozzle) so I tried the napkin/oil trick http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=609698&catid=1and it worked great!
