IS A SMALL EGG BIG ENOUGH TO COOK 2 CHICKEN HALVES AND DOES IT COOK AS WELL AS A LARGE EGG WE WONT TO USE IT AT BBQ COOK OFFS ON OUR CKICKEN
BIG R,[p]Please say again, I couldn't hear you!
Morning Big R,[p]Yes, the small Egg is big enough to cook two chicken halves. For contest cooking, in my opinion, the small will cook about as good as the large but it will have to be watched much closer.[p]I didn't have a picture of two halves but did have one showing a whole buterflied chicken on my raised grid indirect setup. This might give you some idea of the grid size in relation to a whole chicken in the small Egg.[p]Hope this helps and good luck this year with your cooking.[p]Dave
