Hello to all,

after my disapointed beef rib cook yesterday, I cooked today a Maminha (Brazilian tri tip).

Now it shines the sun again in my eggworld :laugh: B)

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Out standing cook and pics! ;) Never seen it cooked on steel rod like that. Was whole cook done open top like that?

    No, just the prior searing. After that, I cooked it indirect to 135 F, lid closed.
